Physician Compensation and Benefits:

Physicians are considered employees of our company and are compensated with incentive-based pay with a guaranteed minimum, thus benefiting those with a strong work ethic. Physicians are offered paid health and Malpractice insurance. In addition, after six months of employment, physicians are eligible to enroll in our 401(k) retirement plan that has an employer match and is vested upon enrollment.

Texas MedClinic has been successful in negotiating favorable contracts with most of the large managed care companies in the region. One direct result of these contracts is better pay than most other PCP’s in the area, who are either in private practice or who work in other employment situations.

APRNs & PAs

Benefits offered at Texas MedClinic:

  • Physician-owned and managed
  • Base salary with incentive bonus
  • Health insurance for providers with option for dependents
  • 401(k) eligible at 6 months with employer match and immediate vesting
  • Malpractice insurance covered
  • Monthly CMEs provided
  • 4 weeks Paid Vacation
  • Full-time positions available

  • No longitudinal care of chronic medical problems

APRN & PA Compensation and Benefits:

Providers are considered employees of our company and they are compensated with a base salary and a monthly incentive bonus. APRNs and PAs are offered paid health insurance and after 6 months of employment, they are eligible to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan that has an employer match and that is vested upon enrollment. All providers are offered paid Malpractice insurance, CMEs, and four-weeks paid vacation.

Professional Development Information:

Physical therapists are eligible for professional development reimbursement. Texas MedClinic will reimburse physical therapists for maintaining their physical therapy license and completing required continuing education courses.
